Not much interest in this one this week seems like. Madison was very young last year and I heard they did not have a JV team this year. Crazy with the number of students they have they can't have a decent Football team. Hopefully no injuries this week.

I think most everyone expects Mitchell to win easily in this one so not much talk coming off Heritage.
Crazy, this is the first game this year I feel comfortable with as far a Mitchell win. However, the kids don’t need a big letdown after last week.

Only in America can cinco de Mayo fall on taco Tuesday and be canceled by a virus called corona. Hope Madison gets better soon

Depends on which state you live in. If the governor of your state has a R in front of their name, it has pretty much ended. Other than the few scraggly sheep that got left behind. If the governor of the state you live in has a D in front of their name, then its stay with the herd and do as your told. Other then the majority who's had enough of this shi+.

This virus doesn't give a crap what your politics are. And there's a difference between pretending it's over and it being over like some states are doing. as far as the states this is the top 20 with the most cases per capita.
North Dakota
South Dakota
Rhode Island
Utah
Tennessee
Arizona
Oklahoma
Iowa
Arkansas
Wisconsin
Nebraska
South Carolina
Alabama
Kansas
Mississippi
Indiana
Idaho
Georgia
Nevada
New Jersey

North Carolina is at 36th..TN numbers is on the up tick....there is concern that all the spring break stuff in FL is going to case another spread like it did last year.
Hopefully the vaccines will stay ahead of the other variants especially the UK one .
My brother right now can't walk without crutches because of it , he originally just had a bad headache cold like symptoms lost taste and smell after he thought he recovered and first day back to work he got the after effects it attacked his joints inflaming any arthritis and his gout in his feet. Been to the urgent Care then an ambulance to the ER burning in his feet swelling in his feet and legs and was going up blood pressure though the roof. It's doing some better they moved his office to his house he's a truck dispatcher but still on meds hoping and praying to recover. Says he'd be happy to go though kidney stones pain wide over this.

Hate that about your brother praying for him and all that has been affected.I refuse to live like many were forced to for the past year. I don't and won't wear a mask, I won't take any vaccine not gonna happen. Notice "Karen's" I said I, if you want to wear a mask or 2 or 15 if that makes you feel safe then do it. If taking the vaccine is what anyone thinks is best for them, then get it. Why does everything have to go back to politics? As a preacher of the gospel I don't use politics to determine how I live my life or the decision I make. I would recommend everyone to pray for guidance before making any decision. That's not just for this vaccine or virus but everything. I don't trade vehicles without praying about it first.

While I appreciate the prayers for my brother on the mask and vaccines we're just going to have to disagree. To me is ridiculous how they've been politicalize when they are just a tool to help stop the spread which has been proven to help not only in labs but in the real world I see it as loving your neighbor if there's a chance you have it and don't know it that it helps you not give it to someone else plus Duke has show wearing one while it may not keep you from getting it can reduce how much of the viral gets in your system helping reduce the severity, they're not 100% nothing is , my wife was wearing her seatbelt 20 years ago in a safe car but it didn't keep her from getting killed in a car accident but I haven't stop wearing a seatbelt. The cautions I've taken I've prayed about and have peace with. I've had my first vaccne shot I take drugs everyday which has a lot more side effects then any of them and from what I've seen I'll take my chances with the shot over covid.
I am on disability I have multiple health conditions that if caught it it would be severe even if I would survive it I have enough without adding something else and it's not just a matter of it killing you or not so far the are about 30% of people who have had it are considered long haulers some with symptoms for a year and may have health issues for the rest of their lives, my family doctor has had patients who didn't even know they had covid were asymptomatic or very mild and found later after fatigue etc that it caused a blood clot in their heart.
Thing is about well you get the vaccine fine but I'm not well if we don't get a certain percentage of people vaccinated there will be more variants. My brother was uncertain about vaccines his wife even more now after what they've been though and going through they'll get the shot as soon as they're allowed and telling freinds you don't want to go though this. I've lost an Aunt to it a fellow church member who was just trying to bury her husband and a family member came to the funeral and didn't know they had it and the whole family got and she died 3 weeks after her husband.
Though in no hurry Iam not afraid to die Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior I know where I'm going after I leave this ole world but there are some things worse then death health wise and this virus can do to you.

Agree to disagree sounds good to me. Your not going to change my mind on this and I'm not gonna change yours. I have a 86 year old grandpaw who took the first shot. Then our family got together with him and decided that he would not be receiving the second. Guess what that was our choice,l. So by you saying protect your neighbor wear a mask get the Vaccine, there's more science to prove it doesn't help then it does. But I'm not gonna argue with anyone. We can get along with different opinions and different thoughts. That's why we still live in the greatest country ever.

Yeah we'll have to just agree to disagree because I've seen 0 legitimate science that say mask don't help. I'm glad he at least got the first one if Moderna it can have upto a 91% efficacy with the first one. But like you say we're not going to change each other's minds. We agree on Jesus Christ if that's the only thing people agree on then that the most important.

Me and my wife had the moderna vaccine, the second shot made me pretty sick for a couple of days, my wife has had a lot of complications from just the first vaccination and is considering not taking the second, I really dont know if they work or not, but I was willing to give it a try if all these other sissies would get it, maybe this crap ends, this is coming from a Die Hard Republican Trump Supporting Anti Left Despiser, take the vaccine if you get the chance you might help stop the spread

I agree 100% if it's only gonna cause fussing, arguing, and put downs. On the other hand if you can act like adults then you should be able to talk about grown up things. Old Mountaineer and I never said anything out of the way toward each other. There were never any put downs or name calling. It was two different opinions, we had a lot more in common than we did our differences. Like Purple1995 I don't have the answers nor do I think anyone does. You have to ask God what's best for you and your family. I'm against taking the vaccine, but if the good Lord tells me different. Then you'll see me with my sleeve rolled up. Me and my whole family has had it (other then my 86 year old grandpaw, nobody got around him for awhile) started back around Halloween last year. Thanks be to God were all fine living life and playing ball.
