do you now think could be plugged in to the SEC and compete like Mizzou has done? Previously I would have only put the likes of Texas, Ohio State, and Oklahoma. Now I think the list would be much longer. It wasn't very surprising with A&M but Mizzou is crazy.

Other than the top two to three teams in any given year, is the SEC really that much better than the other major conferences?

I made this point earlier and the SEC defenders came en masse. I think the top to bottom strength of the SEC is overrated, especially this year. Yes, the SEC is always going to be one of the top conferences in the nation, but the notion that it is head and shoulders above everyone else is false. There are plenty of teams that could come in the SEC and do very well, especially in the East.

The last 5 or so years, the SEC was not overrated. This year, it's very overrated.

Pump the breaks man. UGA is 4-3 and completely decimated with injuries on offense. If Murray goes down, they will be down their top 6 guys on offense and I saw Conley get hurt on the last play of the game against Vandy I hope he's okay. This UGA team is literally playing with 3rd stringers at the skill positions. That's just an awful situation injury wise over there and also UGA had an ejection for targeting as well yesterday on Drew one of their best DL. UF was pretty bad on offense under Driskel, under Murphy they are atrocious and they also have injuries everywhere, not to mention one of their best if not the best DB on the team was ejected on the first play of the game yesterday. Not to take away from MIZZ, bc I think they have a solid team, but they have taken advantage of two prominent SEC powers that have been severely injury plagued cause a down year for both squads. I think we could beat both UF and UGA right now.

The SEC East is down right now. Plug MIZZ in the SECW and they look a little better than us right now. Give us Gary Pinkle and we probably look similarly to Ole Miss or Auburn. Texas A&M is nothing without Manziel and Evans.
