I quit watching after top of the 7th. I could see that coming. When you go 0 for the game with risp, that's what you get. Oh well, they overachieved in September to get there anyway.

As most who have read my posts the last decade plus know that I love my cards. I loved them pre Arenado, pre Waino, pre MV3. That said, Giants v Dodgers is the matchup America deserved, the matches MLB deserved, the matchup the Senior Circuit deserved, and the matchup the Cardinals deserved. You can’t piss away a dozen+ games in the 9th inning in May-August and expect to be considered with that line up. Without Uncle Charlie putting the franchise on on his right arm for the last 2 months they’d be looking up at the at the Reds and that’s the long and the short of it. Although a part of me did want to see a Cardinals v Chisox final. That said, all you haters can SUCK IT.

Now to see if Leach can salvage the season. Time to see if , tell me if you’ve heard this one before, if a very talented Howland squad can over perform, and to see how sweet it’s gonna be to see Lemonis repeat.
