MLB Summer Camp

I can handle no fans in the stands.... but the pumped in crowd noise is dumb.

[DesotoCountyDawg]

The silence is more annoying.

You could easily socially distance about 10K in fans at the new Texas Ballpark...

Yeah, I feel like there will eventually be fans at sports. Spreading out 10-20k in most stadiums won’t be a problem. I guess bathrooms and concessions could be an issue but that could be sorted out.

I thought the EPL did it well. My dumbass thought it was actually being piped into the stadiums...it’s not. Must be weird for the players a little bit.

Mute the tv or pretend your a marlins fan.

Dont care

Just glad baseball is back.

Instead of focusing on the lack of crowd, focus on some of the other subtle things going. For example, its awesome to hear the echo of the bat when they barrel one up. You get some goofy player interactions. And I also think the broadcasts will result in maybe more player takes. I just hope they can finish it.

I am ready to see the ChiSox this year. They got some pieces up there.

This must be what it feels like watching a Southern Miss game at The Rock.

I’d like to see several of the players in each game miked up to help fill in the silence.
