I hate to agree with you, but I think Albert's nagging injuries catch up to him this year.

If Carpenter and Wainwright make over 30 starts apiece, we'll get the 88 wins.... if either of them fall short of that, we'll definitely be under.

Rumors has it that Ottavino is turning everyone's head and may have bead on that 5th starting spot. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad though....

I like the Giants to go over.... they upgraded offensively by adding DeRosa....

I like Tampa Bay and under 89.5 (that division is too tough for them to get to 90 wins)

I like Houston Astros and the under... they won 74 games last year and got rid of Tejada, who produced a ton of runs for them. Their pitching staff also got worse, although I expect Roy O to bounce back and have a much better year. However, I don't have the warm and fuzzies for Berkman.... I think his All-Star caliberdays are behind him.

with an elbow scope. Removed some large bone spurs casuing all the pain in his throwing elbow. He's gone on the record saying he hasn't felt this healthy since 2003.

But we'll see, his health is definitely key to this team's success (I am captain obvious).

Edited for spelling.

There's no way that Carpenter and Wainwright have seasons like they did last year. I'm waiting for Carpenter to break down at any moment.
