It's a small issue only a few members are having now with accounts that processed today in the new system. It should be resolved shortly is what what we are being told.

Same here, I called Rivals this morning and they told me that because my sub was set to renew today some glitch in the matrix locked me out, they also said it was gonna be fixed "shortly" but that was at 930 this morning.

I'll give them a day.

In yet another brilliant technological triumph for rivals / yahoo, any rivals user whose payment was processed today cannot access premium content. Rivals IT support are not providing estimations for when the problem will be fixed.
