me too. Our receivers let him down with all those dropped passes to.

You have to give it to this coaching staff for getting our players open and in position to make plays.

Chris Smith has taken advantage of and made good on the few balls thrown his way. He keeps that up he will see more playing time.

7. Ralph has a cannon for an arm, he just doesn't know how to use it. Any pass under 20 yards is the hardest throw for him to make. He is getting better, and is much improved from last year- but it is still going to be a struggle. You guys have to remember- he is an athlete playing QB- not a QB that's athletic- and there's a big difference in the two. One thing is for sure- he is our best chance to win football games- THIS SEASON. And we need to stick with him. Tyler needs reps, and he will get them when he can- but it's time to scrap the 2- QB system. I think the 2-QB system will work better next year once Tyler and our WR's have had another year of experience. Got to remember, other than Berry, we are still real young at WR.

Ralph may be what we need to win this season but he needs to do a better job handling the ball. He looks at times like the ball is a hot piece of charcoal.

11. We are very well-coached. We may get cute at times, but we are very well-coached. We dont get out-schemed, and rarely are we unprepared for something. I hope like hell, we can keep the core of this staff together the next 2-3 years.

This is your best point. We should show even more improvement by next season with these coaches as young as we are this season and redshirting pretty much the entire freshman class.

I can not recall a team that is so much better prepared than the other team once the 3rd quarter starts..

half time adjustments and motivation must be at a fever pitch in our half time locker rooms..

Mullen for the most part is going to call the offensive plays based on what the opposing defensive is showing...

if they load the box with 8 or 9 guys.... 17 running the ball.. light their asses up for 70 points...

don't subject our OL and RB's to abuse just because "by damned that is the way we play " bull ****...

these guys need to have fun.. and let's not also forget also that we DESPERATELY need more confidence in our passing game..

Thats the first time in history that Peaches has said 10 positive things in one post. The meds and group counseling must be really paying off.

I've seen a MSU QB have in the past 10 dismal seasons. Even if Ralph had a few mishandles, misfires, or mishaps, he recovered and composed himself well enough to keep this offense together and put it to a very talented SEC team. Even if they aren't playing up to their talent potential. Look at their last few recruiting classes. Much better than anything we've signed. Mullen had us ready to play and the crowd just added fuel to the fire. I haven't had that much fun at a game since Bama in 07. This game provided Ralph with a load of confidence, so maybe now the passes will come without pressing and he will get better game after game. Sometimes all it takes is a win like this for a QB's light to switch on and he turns into something we all want. Our next two games can only add to his and our offense's confidence. We will need this going into Florida and then coming back home for 2 key games. Ralph, Ballard, and Perkins look like the best options we have to make a bowl and keep this ball rolling. After looking at the rest of the SEC games this past weekend, LSU & Auburn, this team is better than people think and we've just got to keep showing up and bringing the wood.
