i think we're overemphasizing the INT. if you call plays worried about INTs, then you've already lost. if it's just an incompletion, then you run for the 1st down on 4th and 1. If you're worried about being able to convert in with only 1 try (and we should, we'd been stuffed multiple times already), thenyou should be worried enoughabout getting it in 2 tries that you consider the PA pass. I don't think we beat LSU by being conservative.
Though i will say that situation screams for a roll-out play, rather than the dropback.

and nobody says we have to go to that extreme, but aGAIN- we have thrown more passes than our opponents in all 3 games- and that just isnt the type of team we have. LSU's secondary is better than it's DL- just because NC hit some passes vs back-ups to gain momentum doesnt mean their secondary isnt one of the best in the SEC.

look at that drive chart and point out "stuffed multiple times"???? We had one time on 3rd and 1 where we got only a half. Now go look up how many times we got a 1st down when running it on 3rd down. Thats just a bunch of crap you're spewing there

well, doing what we did didnt work so well either did it?
