Monday Night crew

[MarkDallas]

Why is it so hard to get a decent Monday night crew?

[MSUDC11]

Announcers like Michaels and Tirico don’t grow on trees. ESPN/ABC has been scrambling to find good NFL guys since they don’t have either of those two anymore.

This whole production is poor. The first down line is crooked, sound dropping out, music just stops abruptly...

[Shamoan]

MNF could have a empty broadcast booth and it would be a huge upgrade from booger. How many Freudian slips can a man have in a 16 week span?

I like Griese.

I like Griese.

I agree on Griese. Levy was a weird choice as the lead guy to me, it sounds like they just wanted to do right by a company guy that has been loyal to ESPN for a long time. I liked him as a Sportscenter anchor but I've never been crazy about his play by play, even when he was doing college games the last few years.

I will say that is obviously not an easy gig, because Sean McDonough and Joe Tessitore are both really talented guys and neither of them could pull it off in the MNF role.

Sound drops out because of 17 bombs being dropped.

I wish they would just run it uncensored on ESPN2 or something. Give people the real deal and a family friendly option.
