So theres a buzz going around that he enjoyed his visit to Oregon and is leaning to them right about now. I hope this falls off because we sure do need him along with Hardy.

I have really stopped keeping up with recruiting because it's done nothing but piss me off. We had the chance this year to make a huge impact in the future of our program and SPLAT! So, oh well... I hope he stays, but if he doesn't, it won't surprise me.

Take it for what its worth, but Rosebowl talked to Conner's trainer and he said Conner took the trip because he has never gotten to travel anywhere and that he called Oregon's coaching staff on Sunday and let them know that he is sticking with State.

lives in Monroe. He told me that Conner is a "silent de-commit" and Florida is all over him. Florida "supposedly" told him they would get him a "high paying job" this summer in Gainsville. From what I understand the Florida assistant pretty much stays around Monroe. Time will tell.

I hope we don't lose him but look at our track record recruiting big time talent at the rb spot. Remember Marlon Lucky and Kenny Ashley. Could be similar situation. Only time will tell.
