No one should bad mouth the kid. He doesn't fit in our system as well as a Anthony Dixon did as a sr.

Is this for real, or some "word on the street" ****? I find it hard to believe that he would just pack up his **** this close to the season and leave because he was getting harassed by the coaches. I figured he would fit in somewhere with the offense.

reportedly one of the hardest working guys on the team, is a couple of weeks away from getting his first carries in college as a redshirt freshman, saw what a big back can do in the spread last year, ran hard on the scout team last year, looked pretty good in the spring game....

So, is this our annual pre-season bad news? I hope so. Because, while it is not good, it isn't your typical MState type bad news. 3 weeks....still plenty of time for MState quality bad news........someone to blow out a knee or update their facebook from the Pony or get arrested. Yeeee-haawww
I never really bought into the hype with Conner, although I do hate to lose him. I wish we could have held on to Rajion Neal now though.

The talk of him moving to LB was in the air. Blocking is just being hard nosed and tough with maximum effort. LB would have given Montrell a fresh start but it still takes the same effort to be a good LB as it would to be a good blocker. Wish him the best if he does not return. Also have heard Nick Griffin is very solid in all aspects and he is a player!!
