Well, I've noticed that TS has successfully intervened with both Knowles and Kotelnicki. That tells me that neither is ready as a prime time head coach. They both need direction

You are now creating hypothetical situations and then making serious accusations against Terry Smith without any facts whatsoever. The foregoing accusations of wrongdoing are not “the only logical responses” to your hypothetical. You are not all knowing and you are far from logical. You have serious issues.

If that's how you feel, put him on ignore and don't interact with him. It's not a cure-all but it's better than the alternative. The way I see it, he thrives on antagonizing people so if you take that away his whole raison d'etre for being here disappears. The first sentence of your post stated the hypothetical “ let’s pretend (that a PSU staffer was on the phone telling commits to decommit) was a fact.” You then conclude the “only logical response(s) are that he wasn’t recruiting as needed (or) he was helping Franklin.”
There are many other logical and likely responses that do not involve Terry Smith either not doing his job or being complicit in intentionally sabotaging the football program that he loves and has been charged to run. But that does not fit your narrative.
As an example, if your hypothetical is true, it is possible and likely that recruits being told to decommit did not immediately tell Smith that a staffer was telling them to decommit and he only found out about it after the damage was already done. I have no doubt that Smith would take appropriate steps to correct the situation immediately after finding out about your hypothetical set of facts that you are pretending to be true. You have absolutely no facts to indicate that he is complicit or a co-conspirator in the sabotaging of the PSU program. I believe your post stating that Smith may be involved in a conspiracy to sabotage the program is borderline defamatory with no basis of fact whatsoever. If that is not enough to get you banned on this board, then I question what is. Board monitors, it is time to take out the trash.

If they didn't tell Smith then he didn't do his job as he doesn't have a relationship with then where they trust or have faith in him. Which is one of the options provided.
