Maybe this means we won't be hearing about his ****** knees any longer.

I just can't get anybody to say what it's all about. At first I heard it was something to do with the transfer, something wasn't done right, but that would have come out, so not sure what it is.

Huh? It somehow makes more sense that he has now been suspended on two separate occasions? That haven't been reported by anybody?<div>
</div><div>Sorry, but it's far more likely that Moultrie needs periodic rest for his knees than him being secretly suspended for a second time. You people are really freaking dumb sometimes.</div>

This goes back to last year, Stans gets to pick which games for them to sit. The RSS has already sat out 3 games, this makes 3 for Moultrie. I am just not buying all the injury seriousness. If Moultrie was not suspended, I would have put him in last night when the game got close in the 2ns half. Stans is having to cover up these suspensions b/c of how bad his team was a 3-ring circus last year.

If I am wrong about this, and Moultrie really cant play but once a week, then we are in for another long season and he can kiss the NBA goodbye...
Without Moultrie playing in the rest of our games, we are not a Sweet 16 team, and might not even make the NCAA tourney.

it looks like it's very possible Moultrie's knees really are giving him trouble. They were obviously hurting him in the second half of the Troy game. The announcers said he was very limited in what he did at the shootaround. So it's very possible the he really just wasn't able to go last night. If he was suspended, it's the first time I can remember we've gone to the trouble of dressing him out (for 2 of the 3 games) and go though the charade of saying he might play. It's sad that with our history, all of our first assumption (mine included) when a player misses a game is that it's a suspension.

So Bryant (a starter) gets suspended and it's announced as a suspension.

Moultrie and Sidney sit out games with injuries and it's obviously a cover-up.

Sorry but I'm not buying it. Every time Sidney's been suspended in the past there was no hesitation in announcing it. I don't see our Athletic Department assisting in a coverup - it's a no-win situation.

Until I see actual *proof* that either one of these guys was suspended and not hurt (Sidney's hand, Moultrie's knee) I call ********.

But I have chronic tendinitis in my knees. Have had it as long as I could remember.... it sucks, and the more you pound on them, the worse it is. I got to the point where I thought I might have some type of arthritis.<div>
</div><div>It was bad in HS I thought, but I didn't know bad until I played sports in JUCO. Could barely get up in the morning to walk to class, and it wasn't a long walk. The first year wasn't that bad, but the second was pretty miserable. Cortisone shots didn't help, pills were a joke, so about the only comfort I could find was having some whiskey after games so I couldn't feel it as much. My roommates told me they could hear me groaning in my sleep when I'd turn over or whatever.</div><div>
</div><div>I think I'm pretty tough, and I am, but that's also the attitude that put me in the position I was in. I don't know how bad his case is, but I played a sport where I didn't have to jump a whole lot... thankfully, because jumping kills me. I don't do it today if it's not life or death.</div><div>
</div><div>If that's what he really has, then I'm not surprised if he's sitting this many games out at all, and I feel bad for him. It's a luxury that they have the depth to do that for him. Hopefully if he does have it, it's not close to where mine was- my knees aren't very well structured, so that's my problem.</div>

Some people like to hear themselvestalk(or post). Makes 'em think they know something or know somebody who knows something. Most of the time they don't knowsquat.

At the end of the day, it really doesn'tmatter if he's hurt or suspended although an injury (especiallytendonitis) would concern me a lot more than a three game suspension. If he truly does have tendonitis, does that mean he's going to have totake a week off every now and then? Icertainly hope not.

If we're covering up a suspension with a false nagging injury, what does that do to his draft status? It would make more sense to just say he violated team/school policy and is suspended for X games.

That's the last thing the NBA scouts want to hear, unless he has a history of knee issues and they really aren't that bad.
I would use a sore elbow or pulled muscle, not bad knees as an injury excuse if they are covering up.
