Pretty sure this was his only line in the movie.

Still to this day my favorite actor of all time even though he's been dead since 1979. And with all the movies, and all the scenes, this one right here is the one that makes me think of The Duke as a total badass.

Okay that might be number one for me.
This one may qualify. I think he says other things in the movie but he's never on screen when he says them. I need to rewatch. Also this is the actor that played in Angels with Filthy Souls and he is buried in Lexington.

I didn't know grunts counted as other lines. The only thing I heard from dude the whole movie was that promise.
This is about characters that only had one line. So it doesn't qualify for this thread. I'm not arguing it's not the best line in the movie.

He says more than that but here are the last lines in one of the greatest movie endings of all time:

I think that got cut from the movie though because Kramer, well was Kramer.
Pretty significant Oscar winning movie. Changed the laws on the treatment of mental patients.
