Loyola with all of the injuries. I believe 3 sophs started on the o-line against the Caravan. Maybe it was only 2 and their TE gilroy moved over to tackle. LA will be stacked the next couple of years.MS is starting 6 juniors and a sophomore. Anyone else have this many underclassmen starting?
Was talking about this last week with some Naz guys. They started 6 JR's and 2 Sophs on D vs ND. I think O had 1 Soph and 7 JR's too. They should be scary good next year.MS is starting 6 juniors and a sophomore. Anyone else have this many underclassmen starting?
Nice, should have a leader and impact player at each level moving forward.Warren currently starts 3 Sophs on defense at LB corner and DT.

Good point. However, there generally is a big difference between a 15 yo and a 17 yo strength and maturity wise. I was probably 40 lbs heavier as a senior and few inches taller. With the season half over, the underclassmen that have been playing all season are no longer rookies. They have confidence, learned the plays and hopefully have been accepted by the older guys. Now is the time to just go out on the field and let it rip. The "we are young" mantras does not fly anymore.

I hear that! I'm about 80 lbs heavier and probably a bit shorter, but old man strength seems to be increasing. Must be all the scotch!I totally agree! Also as a forty something I'm probably 80#s heavier and just as strong.![]()
