...in SEC road wins.

Got to love starting out ahead of the game.

For those that have said the season is already over, please disregard this post.

Since 2001 only two teams (UK and MSU) have gone 8-0 on the road. No team has gone 7-1. Six teams have gone 6-2 (UT twice, UK twice, UF and LSU) and six more have gone 5-3. So in 96 chances, 14 teams have been over .500.

In that same time period, the most SEC road wins for Ark, AU and USC in a single season is 3.
UM, UGA and Vandy had 4-4 seaons (UGA three times). UM's was 2001, and they have only won more than 1 road game in any season since (2 in 2003).
Bama's high was 5-3 but they are 1-15 in the last two years.
As mentioned, UT, UF and LSU got to 6, and UK and MSU peaked at 8.

UK and UF are the only two over.500 and the rest of the league is not close. UT is third at 25-39 and State is next at 24-40 heading into this year, and both added one on Saturday.

Not many of the other SEC teams have intimidating buildings to go into and win yet the home teams almost always dominate. I think some of it is due to the piss poor quality of officiating in the SEC that makes it so hard for the road teams. I just never had the feeling that we were going to win at Arkansas the other night because I was waiting for the refs to snatch it from us. Especially after the BS charge call on Stewart.</p>

Games we might lose anyway.
We have to play at UGA(possible win) for our other SEC East road game.
We get USC, Vandy & UF in S-Vegas...(win 2 of 3)

So we just need to hold serve at home in the West this year for a good season.
