This is all speculation, but word is that Jeff Capel is the leading candidate to take over at Arizona. If this happens, Oklahoma may very well let Keith Gallon out of his letter of intent. If that were to happen, Gallon may follow Capel to Zona or he may stay with Oklahoma. However, I'd think that Stansbury would at least have a 50-50 shot with him. Even if Jarvis comes back, he'd probably be looking at an immediate starting roll. From what I've seen in tonight all-american game so far, Gallon is a little slow due to his weight, but there's no doubt that he's a beast.

He is a beast, and still way overweight...but looks a lot better than he did in the fall.
and while we are after players due to Coaches, give Cousins a call.

Both Gallon and Cousins are pipe dreams. Kinda hard to make headway on a guy that you didnt have a chance at the first two times he was being recruited.

As for Gallon, itd be great but much of a chance?

While we are pipe dreaming..,
If Tim Floyd leaves for anywhere.
That would auctually be the most plausible of any of the 3.

If Capel leaves for Arizona, why do you not find it plausible that Gallon would give heavy consideration to MSU?

which supposedly had a lot to do with his commitment? i agree, though, that if he considers anyone else, we would be high on his list. hopefully.

but my gut tells me "The Recruiter" already has a 4 or a 5 lined up. We really need another Brandon Vincent and then, after JV graduates, a 5. ...just my .02

I thought Sidney was as well. Maybe Gallon signed in November and Sidney did not. Guess I answered my own question.
