MSU Baseball Recruiting. Cohen, MSU, etc.

and am curious about our coaches. Supposedly Cohen and Co. are great recruiters. So, to date are we recruiting to improve? Based on the Top 100 we have one prospect. Now, I know full well that at least half of these guys will go direct to the pros.

Someone enlighten me on things.

That site has about 1/3 of our class listed and doesn't even have our best commits: CC Watson, Runie Davis, Jaron Shepard, Trey Johnson and Wes Thigpen.

Cohen is doing everything he can to remedy the catching situation as well as the pitching situation. Really only 2 big bats in this class and then speed.

You said its almost impossible to get good free baseball recruiting info. Does the almost imply that there is a good free site? and if not, what are good pay sites? Because I don't even recognize those guys names and usually know no recruits for baseball until right around signing time

the fact that that site doesn't even list most of them, really hurts its credibility.

PerfectGame Crosschecker will occasionally give some free info but its mostly pay. ProspectsPlus through Baseball america is pay. Those are probably the 2 best sources.

The word I am hearing is that Cohen's incoming class for next year has potential to be a top 5 recruiting class if it doesn't come unglued.
