I saw him play last year when Amanda Elzy played Corinth in the State Championship in Jackson. At the time, I had never heard of the guy. As a sophomore in that game, he was lighting it up from everywhere. You could tell from that one game he was going to be something special. I think the following summer he committed to State. I could see him gaining some offers between now and next year, and I can only hope he sticks to his commitment. The talent seems to be there, at least.

Been saying for awhile that he's a stud. He's the first piece toward getting to the "next level" under Ray...

He has a 35/90 stroke. He releases at the top of his pop. Good handles. Promising

He'll be in the 2014 class...

so we'll see him playing for MSU in two years, not next year.

And he is a commit. Ray better stay on him like glue til the ink dries. Kid is dang good and we absolutely need to hold on to him. He's duke, uk, Lu good. It would be sweet of Maurice starts getting in the ear of the other studs his age in the state about being a bulldog too. 2014 has some good ones!

friendly reminder, dry ink means nothing when it comes to MSU basketball. But you are right, the kid could go places.

Eh, the Mississippi tend to stick with MSU if they commit to us. Can't judge by Scotty Hopson. We'll get him.

If he's Duke/UK/UL good, where are all the offers?
