Where can I find the outcomes from MSU football games from past years? I have seen some posted on here but do not know where to find it.
Any help is appreciated.

Tennessee maybe? Went undefeated and untied in conference. The tie with Auburn cost us.

That must've been one helluva team. Only 2 out of 11 opponents broke double digits on us.

Just shows how mythical the national championships were.

Also, why the hell did we fire McKeen? As many boneheaded decisions as LT made, this one had a greater long term effect on our football program than any Templeton made, even hiring Croom (I'll change this statement if Mullen leaves after his first winning season here).

who was at the 1940 Orange Bowl by the way, told me that we were running an offense that wasn't "in style" (I can't remember which "wing" it was), and even though we were winning, there was some conflict between McKeen and either the AD or some of the dean's over it, and after he had a 4-4 season, or something like that, they fired him and MSU hired or promoted Slick Morton, who apparently sucked, and has set the program back about 70 years or so.

Apparently there was a big rift over it at the time because there were some MSU people that wanted to keep McKeen.

Now, my Grandfather also has Alzheimer's, if any of this is inaccurate. It sounds plausible, though.

to the story I always heard. McKeen then moved to Montgomery to be director of the Blue/Grey All-Star Game on Christmas day. He never coached again.

Tennessee went 5-0. The tie with Auburn did it. Back then SEC teams were not playing full schedules.

Actually, he doesn't have EVERY game. He excluded games when teams were minor players.
