Photo: The Starkville Walmart Has ‘Scoreboard’ Cakes To Commemorate MSU’s Win Over LSU
Mississippi State’s road win against LSU this past Saturday was a pretty big deal in Starkville. The Bulldogs had lost to the Tigers 21 of the last 22 meetings, dating back to 1992, and hadn’t scored a victory in the rivalry this century. Apparently the win was a big enough deal that the Walmart in town has started baking and selling ‘scoreboard’ cakes that commemorate the game’s outcome.
