When it's a clear parody, you can't really get in trouble for it.

That can't be the actual laws behind it tho that's subjective that it's

blatantly fake. I knew it was. Cirstolmethod even sent out a tweet and he's insinuating in it that some people are so stupid they are taking it seriously. I would just think somewhere in the article or on the page he has to have some disclaimer in it somewhere. I didn't scan it feverishly so I dunno if it says it or not, but if I were Scott, I wouldn't sue, but I'd probably ask him to take it down. I mean if someone google's Scott Stricklin's name this article is going to come up, and like the author said, some people are too stupid to know a blatantly fake article is fake.

There's a hyperlink added to the (AP) with an explanation, and it's saved in a section of our site called fake MSU news. If that doesn't make it obvious....

If MSU thought they could make an extra buck or two, they'd probably really do it.

Can you imagine the blue hair reaction then? It would make the Katherine Webb video reaction look totally benign.

I sat by an old lady several years ago, and somehow the conversation got around to the fact that we were going to the Philadelphia casino after the game. I thought she was going to bless my soul right there. She said, startled and disgusted, "You're gawing to the CA-SEEN-A???". As if it was any of her business.
