I don't think he's soft exactly, but I think we've had people who wanted to win and played through more. I wonder how much of that has to do with the sense that it's a year to year marketplace of employment vs. trying to win for your team this year.

Please note our O linemen vs their O linemen. When the whistle blows by the official to end the play our O linemen are just standing around. When official blows their whistle to end the play with Ok. on offense their O linemen are still engaged with their blocking assignments. That’s coaching
