There were 8 major colleges recruiting Donovan but I think he decides on Wake probably it is only 30 minutes from Mount Airy and his family and friends can make it to all his home games.

Turn them around? Their offense scores like 35 per game and they are playing in their 3rd straight bowl tomorrow.

Wake was 6-6 and 3-5 in conference and their are two million bowls so yeah I agree turn them around. 6-6 not burning it up

Unless he is going to step in and play linebacker, then no, he is not. They went 6-6 because of injuries to every scholarship linebacker except one. They also lost a couple safeties and d-lineman for the entire season. The offense isn’t what needs “turned around”.

I would about bet on App St against this years Deacon team and App is for real and I'm not being mean I'm a deacon and App fan so I'm sorry if you don't agree your offense can't hide the ball misdirection for ever eventually going to have to play heads up ball and move ball when its snapped

Wake hasn’t used the misdirection offense since Troy Calhoun was the OC under Jim Grobe. Do you even watch college football?

Anyway, Wake is thrilled to have Greene join them. I hope he develops into an all ACC player.

Donavon Greene is not playing basketball this year and will graduate early and start at Wake Forest in January, but his twin brother Greg is playing basketball for the Bears.
