I assumed McCar was talking blue which stays the same for next yearWhat about Reeters? Have to be in the mix. Also assume Marist will have a back who will emerge to make some noise.

Now it makes sense. Didn’t understand how anyone could sleep on Rita, particularly after Friday.I assumed McCar was talking blue which stays the same for next year
You are correct sir, but Johnson and Brown will be right up there as will Conway and Vaughn....Major talent next yearI assumed McCar was talking blue which stays the same for next year
As far as I know MC is open next year weeks 1 and 2. Rita just finished 2 year deals with JC and Richards. Would love to see MC-SR week 1You are correct sir, but Johnson and Brown will be right up there as will Conway and Vaughn....Major talent next year
Why stop at just SR? If the SR and JCA deals are done why not do JCA week 1 and SR week 2? I’d love to see that happen. As far as I know MC is open next year weeks 1 and 2. Rita just finished 2 year deals with JC and Richards. Would love to see MC-SR week 1
I would like both but either one of those for the opener is good. Want to be 100% healthy for at Montini and at LA weeks 3 and 4 though so maybe a JC or SR opener and a tomato can week 2. With JC, the divisions will shift after '20 and JC will back on schedule anyway. *not considering Districts etcWhy stop at just SR? I hear you about being healthy going into the Blue schedule and Montini. Lots of returning starters next season, I’m hoping to see some more improvement on the offensive end as this season progresses.I would like both but either one of those for the opener is good. Although most people think JCA's rebuild is coming along nicely, I'm not very sure that they would be able to provide a Quality opponent to MC in weeks 1 or 2 of 2020, especially with what MC has coming back.I would like both but either one of those for the opener is good. Hard to believe MC-JC have not played since 2006 and 2007 at Soldier Field. And before that 2001 at Gately.Although most people think JCA's rebuild is coming along nicely, I'm not very sure that they would be able to provide a Quality opponent to MC in weeks 1 or 2 of 2020, especially with what MC has coming back.
Yeah I still have nightmares about that last passing TD scored by MC on that broken-play to win the game. I forget which of the 2 years that was.Hard to believe MC-JC have not played since 2006 and 2007 at Soldier Field.
2007....that was JC's only loss on their way to the 6A title. I believe that JC title team was MC63's favorite.Yeah I still have nightmares about that last passing TD scored by MC on that broken-play to win the game. I forget which of the 2 years that was.![]()
I would still love to see it. I loved the opening weekend JCA game, the tradition of the 2 programs, the Carmelite connection, it was a great game regardless of the outcome and it made the opening weekend a little more special.Although most people think JCA's rebuild is coming along nicely, I'm not very sure that they would be able to provide a Quality opponent to MC in weeks 1 or 2 of 2020, especially with what MC has coming back.
That reminds me of an article I read about the history of JCA, which I hope I remember close to correctly.I would still love to see it. Jordan Lynch was the QB who made that horrible desperation pitch!2007....that was JC's only loss on their way to the 6A title. I believe that JC title team was MC63's favorite.![]()

For the sake of accuracy, I won't name the player who fumbled, but it definitely was not Maldonado.Maldonado (Soph) got some carries too. Very quick. I think he was the young man who fumbled on the goal line. I felt so bad for him. He will be a stud.

I wasn’t certain. For the sake of accuracy, I won't name the player who fumbled, but it definitely was not Maldonado.
Weeks 3-9 same next season just the home/away changesThe whole 7 game conference schedule stays the same, just home team flips?
Rita may have learned a lesson taking on 2 heavy hitters week 1 and 2. Unless the green opponents supposed to be down next year. 2 wins against the marians, then just need to go 3-4 against the rest.
Then after '20 season, the divisions are set to re-adjust with a promotion/demotion model. So for example JC and Naz would be promoted from their divisions as they will definitely have best record there over 2 seasons.Weeks 3-9 same next season just the home/away changes
Naz should've never been in the division they are in.Then after '20 season, the divisions are set to re-adjust with a promotion/demotion model. So for example JC and Naz would be promoted from their divisions as they will definitely have best record there over 2 seasons.
