somewhat like cousin Eddie. I guess it was the hair , I don`t know. Perhaps some of you could display some visual evidence to clear this up for me.

hated it. For the PA guy at JA, which is mostly a UM school,to play Hail State after announcing he was there says allot. BTW he could not have been moregracious and it was obvious he enjoyed it and is good at handling the notoriety.

Not really a big deal as far as I am concerned when your coach is an alumni and a former assistant under Stans...

The next time you go into the JA gym and they are playing Hail State call me because it's not going to happen again. The look on the UM folks in the stands who pay money to send their kids there was worth the price of admission.

Tell him to get his *** to Philly and talk to CJ, quit watching white kids try to imitate a basketball game, and go get our players back...

JA has plenty of MSU parents. JA and Prep are both becoming less and less dominated by TSUN..

He hates the **** out Stans... they were assistants together under Williams, and he thinks the man is incompetent. He's on to something...

He likes it there. He lives in Madison in the Reunion Subdivision. He's a good coach. Knows fundamentals and X's & O's.

I'm surprised he hasn't had a stroke after how fast his temper gets out of control. Watching his face and bald head go from white to red to purple is quite the scene

Most people who live in Jackson that send their children to JA can afford to send their children to Hill Crest, MRA, Prep, University Christian,St. JO, St.Andrewand if their parents wanted to they couldmove to Rankin or Madison county. But I would bet that the mass majority of the students already live in Madison or Rankin where they have good public schools. S o it is a choice. In Greenwood you only have two choices if you don't want your kids in a bad public school. I am throwing Carroll Academy in because I suspect a lot of their students live in Greenwood and it is less expensive alternative. Hey we got a good player from Carroll Academy. Ole Micheal Fair.

You can very easily live in areas with pretty good to excellent schools if you live in the Jackson area. Not so much if you live in many small towns in Mississippi.

and if you live in Jackson - your choice is private only.

To me - MRA is more of a choice for Madison residents than JA or Prep is for Jackson residents. In Madison - you have a very good public school.

that actually live in the Murrah or Callaway attendance zones. My bet is it would be an extremely small number. From my experience the vast majority of JA/Prep familes live in Madison and Rankin counties.

but if you live in that area, Callaway or Murrah are not options in my opinion- even if my name was Tyrone Jones, I'd want my kid going to JA

I totally agree about Piller and Carol...that's a no-brainer...altho I'd rather count pine cones for a living than have to live in Winona, Grenada, or Greenwood

You graduate from St. Andrews, Prep or JA you will most likely get almost a free ride in college. They don't graduate dumbasses.

Just kidding but you are correct and we use to be able to piss off Prep students by calling it Flowood Academy.

and we get into the recurring public/private/JA/Prep/rich kids/white kids/racists debate.

The correct answer is: You can find a kid (and parents of said kid) at every school that fits any stereotype you put out there.
