I like it. He almost ignore them, and acts like they don't exist. The less attention they get, the better. Get well and play, dammit. Otherwise, STFU.

You hate it for the player, but as a team you have to move on. Every team has injuries.

Funny, an Arkansas co-worker comes up to me and says, "I like Dan Mullen, I think he's OK". All I can do is laugh.

Everyone is just as important as the next guy. Yes, starting is big, but those guys who relieve starters have just as important a job as the the starters do. He never makes a big deal out of starters, younger guys, veterans, anyone on the team. The only ones he will call out, good or bad, is the senior leadership, but he said thats what makes teams great is having those leaders, and those leaders can be on the sidelines the whole game, but their job is just as important. It is a team effort and if someone doesn't give full effort, they won't be playing.
