And yes... i will allow a Mulligan... i am not gonna lie though... i am hoping for 6 wins next year.

I have no patience for any kind of 5 year plan since there's no probation working against him. But i will expect at a minimum for regular bowl trips to start no later than Year 3. He'll get a free pass from me in Year 1 to install his system, and I expect us to at least win 5 games in Year 2.

available talent wise next year he may need at least a one year mulligan. A walk-on QB will still likely be the best on the roster, no big play receivers and if McRae is not back we are really hurting, OL-- see Ole Miss game (nuf said), defense losing a ton of talent and experience, kicker and punter both graduate with no decent returners coming back. Yea, I'd say he probably ought to get a mulligan.
If he shanks it and the club goes flying out of his hands then a mulligan is gonna be hard to give up. If it's right on the edge of the green and rolls into the water, then definitely mulligan.
Considering the lack of probation and scholarship cuts, he has three years to:
go to a bowl game
Have an offense that ranks top 75
Have a defense that ranks top 30 lets say top 40
After making a bowl game, show no signs of slipping.
Go to 2 bowl games in a row.
Manage every game to a T.
Have a game plan on both sides of the ball (particularly offense) that is well concieved.
No patience when players get dismissed.
Must recruit a QB EVERY year.
Must not lose to Crappy nonconference schools (or will be reminded of each one forever).
Must do all these as well as all the things Croom did right (whatever those are right!!!!).

...if we pay this incoming guy the type money people claim he is going to be getting, the only mulligan he should get is of the stew variety.
