Wasn't much to it. Miami runner ran into 1st baseman when he blocked the base. Called Miami runner out and TT 1st baseman dropped the ball in the runners lap while he was on his *** and walked off. Miami 1st base coach said something to the TT 1st baseman and errbody came out and pushed each other. A coach from each team ejected and TT 1st baseman.

got any details? sounds interesting

Yeah, it was a complete dick move by the 1b. But the umpire went right after him, so I'm sure he would've been ejected anyway, but then the benches cleared and a couple of coaches got sent off. Probably should been one more Miami player gone, because he really escalated things once it looked like the umps had a handle on the situation... still interesting.

would like to see a replay of the collision between the runner and the 1st baseman. those are kinda rare. if the 1st baseman was blocking the base path, doesn't the runner have the right to run into the 1st baseman? I've always liked bench clearing incidents in baseball though. as long as nobody gets seriously hurt which I don't think happens very much ever. the best baseball fight of all time I think was when Nolan Ryan whipped Ventura's *** on national t.v. that "boy are you kidding me?" expression on Nolan's face when robin headed toward the mound was priceless. then came the headlock and upper cuts to the kisser. great **** indeed considering it was done by what, a 42 yr old vs a 22 yr old or something? sorry for the hijack
