Crazy. I wonder when they will wake up and realize there is a coach that won 9 games every year he coached.
Not this year.Crazy. I wonder when they will wake up and realize there is a coach that won 9 games every year he coached.
The guy can recruit and coach D and IF he gets the right OC and lets him do his job, he might be successful thjs time. At least he knows how to run a program. It does seem crazy he would be considered. He was in a much better situation in Florida and failed. I don't see how that is worth giving him a second chance one year removed.
Why did Belichick succeed in New England after his stint in Cleveland? He didn't work out at Florida at all. Even if he's just going there to put his resume in the resume box, why should the Gamecocks administration think he will be successful at another SEC East program?
The NFL is different. Coaches who are fired at one job get hired at another all the time and it's not that unusual to see them be successful. I can't think of a single college coach who has got fired from one job and been successful at another. Why did Belichick succeed in New England after his stint in Cleveland?
Too bad their(sic) not interested in a 62 year-old nice guy that has a career winning percentage a tad over .500.
scouth carolina just had talks with rich rodrigues. they hire him say goodbye to your defense
