I don't see Dan leaving for anyone for the next few years. He's building something pretty special here.

Not worried at all about Mullen leaving. There are very few programs he would leave us for. If he does get an offer from one of those programs, you can't fault him if he takes it. The most important thing is that he's built a real solid foundation for any coach to build on. I hope that coach will be Dan Mullen and it probably will be. But if it's not, this will be a very attractive job and Stricklin won't have any problem hiring a good coach to build on the foundation.
