Didn't the Gator Bowl give us 20,000? Damn. I sit just barely in the Top 75% of the Bulldog Club, so I guess I can kiss my chances of getting a ticket through the BCgood bye. </p>

get more because I can almost assure you there aren't THAT many Wake Forrest fans. Don't sweat it right now. We had 2 or 3 allotments from the Gator Bowl last year.

Here's what David Murray stated in his article. I assume all of the MSU tickets are in the lower level.

MSU advises fans seeking tickets go to the Music City Bowl on TicketMaster. The bowl lists tickets at $60 for lower level seats, $80 for club level, and either $39 or $17 for upper level locations

I had already bought my club level tickets through stubhub a few days ago and didn't even check ticketmaster.

all preorders will be accommodated. won't be addons to preorders. apparently the allotment was pretty dead on to preorders. i figured we would have had a lot more preorders. i went ahead and preordered but was reluctant after some issues last year. i wonder if people just decided to go a different route this year.

I'm sure I'll active another stubhub customer service rep but they're are showing tickets for $7. Tons available for under $20. They're nose bleeds, but my guess is the upper decks will be half full at best.

I feel dumb for paying $80 now.

Now I'm going to be stuck in the nosebleeds because StubHub and TicketMaster are both sold out of lower level SEC side seats. I was ok with the seats I had at the Gator Bowl last year through the Bulldog Club. But I would much rather pay Bulldog Club price and get the points for those seats than pay 25 bucks and get nothing in return for it.

Living offvet school loans frommy wife and the loans I get fromgoing to two different schools at the same time and only working 20 hours a week doesn't leave me much. I'm having to use Christmas money from my grandparents to even go.The life of young adulthood I suppose. But dammit one way or another I'm going to be there. I've been to both bowl games since becoming an MSU fan, so I'm going to do whatever I can to get to this one, even if it means sitting in the nosebleeds.

I hear ya. When I was in grad school I went to home games but didn't even think about the bowl game (NC game across the country). Then later when I was in med school I only went to a couple State games and couldn't make the 90's bowls or final four. Wasn't until deep in my residency when I was able to moonlight in ER's that I could go to more State games, and only when finally working for real that I could make any bowl games. Good for you that you're able to go at all.

$39 tickets turn out to be $50 tickets after the "Convenience fee".

What the hell is that? Why don't they just call them $50 tickets?

Sounds like the ticket office don't want to deal with the additional tickets.

So getting to the bowl game is an absolute must. I live in Auburn, so the drive is at least6 hours roundtrip. Then starting in November I had Saturday classes in Bham, so I couldn't make any games in November. I'm doing Masters work online while living in Auburn and finishing up undergrad work for my Masters, so just about every moment of my life has been taken up from August until now. Plus with my wife being in vet school she's guaranteed to never be free.

I'm just hoping it all pays off at some point. I try to givea little each yearto the BC because I want to give back, and it just sucks not being able to be around the environment in Starkville now.

I'm pretty sure stubhub charges the sellers, too. They have a good thing going. <div>
</div><div>I will say, however, that stubhub has excellent customer service. When State went to Little Rock for the NCAA's, I had already bought Birmingham regional tickets (several months before) from the NCAA. In selling the Birmingham game tickets separately, I accidentally sent one customer in Tennessee tickets for two different games, and had just sold the 2nd game tickets to someone else in Alabama. I contacted stubhub, and they either got the first buyer to send the 2nd buyer the extra tickets overnight, or stubhub got some more and sent them to the 2nd buyer. Either way, stubhub took care of the whole thing even thoughit was my mistake, and everyone was happy at the end. I have also bought stubhub tickets at the last minute before I left home, and they had the tickets waiting for me at a hotel near the stadium.</div>

with taxes & shipping. They were the best available seats on the MSU side at the time. Now that I'vefound out that Wake will be our opponent, I have a little bit of buyer's remorse but hey, $50.00 per ticket ain't bad for a bowl game. I figure that once we start running away with the game, more seats will open up and I'll move down closer to the field.
