And how about an international band? The Singer and drummer are from Sweden, the bass player is from the US, and the guitarist is a teenager from France. If you choose to listen please stick with it until the second guitar solo around the 4 minute mark, then crank it up! The Blues Pills.

Watching YouTube this morning and stumbled onto Daryl Hall's - Live From Daryl's House internet shows.

I cannot believe i did not know about this stuff. Some seriously good musicians and music from all types of artists. Ended up watch different ones for about 3 - 4 hours and did not even realize it.

A sampling.

Probably my favorite Modest Mouse song. I'm a sucker for this progression though.

Not sure if I'm hearing a commercial of this song on TV or saw it in a thread but it came to me just now.

I wonder how many people actually clicked on someone else's music? Oh well, save the social experiment talks for another day.

Big Post-hardcore/Pop-Punk fan, And these guys are my new favorite in that genre:

Going through a big Fall Of Troy kick. A friend recently described them as "Music Vomit". Great sound and depth for a 3-piece band. Technical.

Still think Pusha T is the most underrated Rapper out there.

Jadakiss still doing it.

If I had to make picks for artists or groups that are new, and wish people would get exposure to:

Big Grams - 1/2 Phantogram and 1/2 Big Boi (Who's 1/2 of Outkast). Two very talented and respected artists who've killed it. And they come together to make an awesome mash-up/collaboration.

Rdgldgrn - Nothing ground-breaking technically speaking, but they meld hip-hop, rock and pop flawlessly. Catchy and fun. And you have to respect a band taking a shot mixing genres while alienating the genre's respective fans.

If I missed this already being posted I apologize. And sorry it's the best version I could find quickly. It's 15 mins long, indicative of the Dead, and this version of "Rider" at MSG is considered by many of us as one of their very best. Pick it up at the 7 min mark if your short on time or patience.

You are indeed missed Jerry. By millions including me.
