would have been more fitting. What purpose does this university fill that could not be absorbed into MSU's program?
I know I know...yes you can never have too many quality women

My old boss was a "W" graduate. She attended during the early 70s, is blonde haired, and is fine to this day..... to hear her talk about the good ole days. The W was basically a finishing school for girls and State was the boys school. Anyway, she is a very successful, forward thinking women. But I told her a few years back the name change was coming. She went off about men even being allowed to attend the school in the first place and that the school needs to get back to being a women's University. She felt the university could still be successful as an institution preparing women for the work place rather than for social gatherings and domestic duties. As she felt it did in her day.
