is how he tries to go about winning. He is completely passive in his approach towards winning a football game. We have seen this numerous times before and he even admits that he wants to run as much time as possible of the clock, shorten the game, limit mistakes etc... He didn't try to score at LSU only down 7 right before the half and again today down 6-3 against UT with over a minute left and two timeouts he is content to take the score to the lockerroom. This to me was the turning point in the game. UT gets the ball first in the second half. We should be aggressive here, try to score, use your timeouts, try to get a tying fieldgoal. Croom plays scared football, he has no moxy/guts/balls etc... I hate watching this ***** football and disfuctional strategy to winning a football game. Scoring more points in a football game than the other team always wins!!! Running as much clock as possible and trying to not #@@% up as much as the other team does not mean you win. I don't know much but I do know that when you try to not lose you usually end up losing. You have to try to win, you have to try to score. Grow some balls fat man!!! Who the #@@% wants to come play for someone that is scared to try anything for risk of failure. What a complete *****. Okay vent is over, thanks!

but at the end of the day, he really has one basic strategy for winning. He simply hopes that the other team turns the ball over more than we do and we capitalize on those turnovers. I truly believe that he thinks this is the only way we can win.

The problem with this "strategy" is that you cannot plan turnovers nor can you really even prepare a game based on that. This is why there are numerous points in the game when Croom appears to have no clue what to do so he goes with his gut instinct. Unfortunately for all of us, his gut instincts typically result in the most ridiculous decisions that any of us have ever seen.

There are so many reasons that I want this man gone that I'd rather not list them all, but the complete lack of oganized football that he has put on the field ranks towards the top of my list. How many times during a single MSU game do you say to your friend/wife/family "WTF was that?" I do it a hell of a lot more than I used to.
