that this goes WAYYY south now. Like 2007-style south. Here is why. The one thing that some....and many of the players on the team were hanging there hat on, was that the D was much improved and could compete physically up front. They seemed to be buying in. After this performance, you have to wonder if they start to question their own abilities and the coaching in general. We will see how they respond.

Nebraska lacks the depth in the front seven it needs to compete against the top teams. I thought Nebraska played hard but Wisconsin laid a beat down on both sides of the ball after the game was tied at 17. 
They're in their first year of a new system. The offense is the problem IMO. Just not a fit. So mistake prone.
I totally agree with you....I am just worried about a fragile psyche after a game like this.....and the way the season has started.

Well exactly, and this staff was in this position last year after a much more competitive game in Madison. I hope for the best, but fear the worst. OSU looks like a total jugernaut right now. A name the score game. I believe Riley is done.

Totally agree. They melted after Wisc last year and had more confidence going in. This team is toast. Honestly 1 or 2 wins for rest of season. Pretty sure this team is lost.
Does it really matter? I want us to win out but if it gets ugly, and it will...it only reinforces the need to can Riley. That way we don’t hear the “blah blah blah you can’t fire a coach after three years blah blah”
Time to start checking for flights to south Florida. Of course, Frost sucks, though. Did you see what OSU did to Maryland? UCF could only beat them by 30.

No player likes to play wimp ball so yes it is entirely possible we have an all time worst season

- Northwestern - possible win but better coaching from NW
- @Minn - another physical team - loss
- Penn State - horrible loss
- Iowa - Maybe we should get bankers quote ready from last year - loss
