I'll take a stab...

My seeds/hosts differ from yours slightly. I'm going with:

(1) Vandy and Virginia Tech
(2) UNC and South Carolina
(3) LSU and Indiana
(4) Virginia and Louisville
(5) Fullerton and UCLA
(6) Oregon State and Kansas State
(7) NC State and Oregon
(8) FSU and Mississippi State

The last national seed is anyone's guess. I'm betting the committee goes with the 8 most deserving teams. I think VT over Clemson for one of the final host spots is practically a guarantee. Carolina over Arkansas is just a guess, but whoever gets that spot should be paired up with UNC. I could see Oregon State and LSU's pairings (KSU and Indiana) flip flopping, as well as NC State and FSU's (Oregon and us).
