Everyone knows us for our football fans, but to see this tonight was simply..... awesome. Millions likely witnessed it. And the network kept talking about. Made me proud.

The hardcore Nebraska basketball fan is a cut above the Husker football fan. It's like Filet Mignon vs. a sirloin. Not a dig against the Husker football fans who jumped on the bandwagon though, I'm sure there were plenty of them in OKC shouting Go Big Red after years of our football team failing miserably on the road.
