This happened at Ford Field:
I took my son to the monster truck thing at Jackson's coliseum recently. Boy, did that suck. Not that I expected much. They had a few monster trucks and 3-4 very flattened cars that they slowly ran over repeatedly. There's no room at all in the coliseum for a real monster truck event. No room for speed, jumps, etc. BUT....it did have a huge turnout.
Not kidding here...I think a real Monster Jam event at MS Memorial would have a huge turnout. No idea if the revenue is there to fix the field afterwards. But the event would be HUGE. Bunches of people around here would see it and people would travel from near & far to see it.
