Where is Dontae Jones who lead us to the final 4?

Bednar is such a strange case. Nice player. Put up ok numbers. Few would otherwise remember him…but for the 3 games in Omaha that he looked like Roger Clemens and won us the national championship.
Who is Jones? If you are referring to Donate that was more than 15 years ago and Chris Jones had had a better NFL career than college career. So not sure who you are referring to here.
In response to the original question - within the last 15 years-
Chris is easily the best DT we've had at State and he played hard every game and every snap. His stats didn't show it, because he was getting triple teamed on every play. And he still had the ability to take over a game.
I would argue Jeff Simmons was a better DT in college than Chris Jones
That will do it. At least until we win another one.

IMO you don't get to have the moral high ground when you started off with a snarky response showing you didn't put full effort into digesting the original post.
