One thing about this team, we had all kinds of foul trouble today and Cal kept rolling new guys out there that I’d never heard of or forgot about.

Yeah did we end generational poverty though? Did we reform social justice? What about making sure people wear masks? Did we make sure people are aware of that. Those are more important than wins.

Honestly, y'all, this losing streak is beginning to become rather surreal. I can't remember such an opening season streak thus far in my lifetime. It defies anything we've ever understood about Kentucky basketball.

Im kinda amused by it all. No longer give a **** if we lose. Maybe it had to happen.
I get that. Indifferent is the word I would use for me. It’s not like I want the Cats to lose. But at this point I’m indifferent to it all...even to the act of watching them play in general.

I do however like watching the games (any game for that matter) with my kids. Their insights into the game of basketball have matured greatly. My oldest pointed out today that Carolina’s bigs looked like bodybuilders compared to the Cats’ bigs...who she referred to as “scarecrows” and “XC rejects”. When I asked her to clarify that last one she said, “they are skinny as rails with small arm muscles...like XC runners. But I doubt they can run long distances very well...so they would be rejects on the XC team”.

My response? “Well put, young grasshopper.”
