Not really. ****'s in my face every day (I still work in the place that **** on my wife). I should let it go, but I tend to hold on to some **** too much.

Had a job interview a few weeks ago. Just got an email that they are making a decision on things this week. Could be a good salary bump, but also means moving my family. I haven't even been to the city where this possible new job is.

I don't remember if I told you about my brother. His second marriage ended badly. At one point she had charges against him and offered a plea deal that would have sent him to prison for 10 years. He ended up with house arrest or something for a year or so.

Anyways, this board and internet porn were useful. Still are.

Awesome for new job. Hope it works out. I know moving ain't easy, but once you do it once. It gets easier. If it's worth getting out from under that crap, then maybe you should do it.

Yeah, I remember you telling me about your brother. I guess in that respect I am lucky. Although I did find out that my wife thought about emailing my employers about what happened.

Internet porn and this board is definitely a saving grace. Just hope the nursing home has wi-fi

At least you still have your sense of humor. That last part made me laugh pretty hard.

And then i thought about it seriously for a second…shouldn't ALL nursing homes have wifi by now? There's so damn many of them out there competing for old folks to fill their beds i would think you would have to offer wifi in order to remain competitive. Because even the grannies in Podunk, USA have a smart phone and a Facebook handle these days so as to keep up with the latest photos of the grandkids holding their "Everyone's A Winner" trophies and whatnot. So yeah, you'll most definately have wifi available by the time you roll into a nursing home. So you've got that going for you…which is nice.

Also...

Chin up, brother. Things will work out. Its human nature to dislike change. But life is full of changes. For now…focus on the constants in your life…whatever they may be...work, the possible new job, etc...until you get the welcome mat (or closure) from the wife.

If its the welcome mat…be sure thats what YOU really want and then work hard at making it work.

If its closure…then move on. Get out there and move the eff on.

Good luck, brother.

KS- hahaha you'd be surprised at how antiquated these nursing homes are. ****, just think. It cost $6K to $8K for an old one. Prolly closer to $9K to $10K a month for a fancy dancy one with wifi.

I will chin up. Just down. That's all. Change necessarily isn't bad, but it's different. It will feel different for awhile. If I can pick up a 27 yr old model, I guess I haven't lost it all. So I need to stay positive in that regards. But yeah, I need to chin up. I am not a victim. Thanks

Teflon tape is the Robitussin of the two thousand teens -- **** can do anything. N. E. FING.

Faucet leaking? Wrap it in Teflon tape. Back aching? Wrap it in Teflon tape. Steak kinda bland? Wrap it in Teflon tape. Dick too small? Wrap it in Teflon tape. Between Teflon tape, cable ties, and ratchet tie-downs I'm pretty much the king of the f--king world.

Not sure about moving. More money is always nice. I'm not sure that it really gets me away from thinking about the stuff that happened though. Everybody says that kids are resilient, but I hate the thought of moving my kid. Six years & she's out of school.

@Mashburned - So what's the deal with Jones? What did he say about you?

uhhh

Idk, condensed version: rafters all in a tizzy. MJ said Briscoe was a headache for 2 years. No reasons, no evidence, no nuffin. Idc. I think anybody who watched the team, could certainly see he has headache tendencies. But, to bring that up now, once Briscoe is gone, was wrong, imo, and to others. It's weak sauce. I believe he even went on to explain the headaches weren't basketball related, which is even lower, imo. MJ did his usual dance around, sharpening his chops on an anonymous message board for his future political career ya know....He just tried to put it back on the fans, well, you all want to know the truth, the behind the scenes - which he gave no insight on whatsoever; just spouted vague rumors making it sound like briscoe was tough to handle for 2 years. blablablblab. GTFO, radio man. That's about it. Even level-headed, Mr. PC Gonzocat agreed it was a bit much. Total below the belt troll job.

Oh, and then he dropped this gem, irr: I hear so many stories and I don't want to tell them during the season because I'm afraid it might negatively effect the team. That's right, he might could say something so polarizing that it would actually reach the players, Cal, and throw them off their game. He knows so much he could ruin the entire season, so better off he doesn't say much, ya know, even though he certainly could, ya know, and this Briscoe being a "headcase" is just a perfect example.

:scream:

Then I called him a fn politician and I think he had flashbacks to some UKO poster, so then I brought up my favorite MJ post of all time....which I should post in rafters, but I won't. Classic stuff. Just so we don't forget what this is all about. Someone has really gassed him up...

--- I am going to run against Mitch McConnell in 4 years and if I do, the two main driving factors in my desire to win are (1) to take out the most powerful politician this state has seen since Henry Clay and do so in a way that will defy the critics who believe it is impossible (everyone)...or if I lose have a damn good time trying, because if you are going to run for something, why not go at the King and (2) because of how mad it will make UKO...I actually don't know who he is, have never met him and have no idea his history. But he is that bad of an internet message board poster, so I feel like it will be worth it.

So, he's going to run against Mitch, if he does run against Mitch...because he wants to defy his critics (who are?...anonymous message board posters)

:scream:

So, then after he had his UKO flashbacks, he went to GYERO, accused me of being a GYERO-ITE??? lmao, then stated that he doesn't know who I am, I appear to be anonymous, and seems like nobody else knows who I am...

Should I call the cops? Because that was a bit creepy, tbh.

Then made a comment about me being upset he said negative things about briscoe - there might be a few people on this board who said more negative things about Briscoe during last year than me. I hated that mfer and firmly believe Dom should have had a lot of his minutes. I just thought it was super lame to float out some "Briscoe was a headcase for two years". And I am not wrong. That's BS. Either lay it out all out, or don't. He played it just like a politician - imply briscoe was a headcase without actually saying he was a headcase. Then blame others when they call you out on it.

When i was a kid we moved two weeks before the start of my 7th grade year. TWO FREAKIN WEEKS!!! No time at all to make friends with neighborhood kids before school started. At the time, I was absolutely 100% sure that this was the first sign of the apocalypse. And I was absolutely 100% miserable.

Then three weeks later (one week into school) football practice started…i made several friends (one of which turned out to be my best friend and we are still close to this day)…and then things got much, much easier. By the time basketball season started i was pretty much fully adjusted.

Kids ARE resilient. If that is the best decision for you professionally and overall for your family…then move. It will be tough on the kids at first…but they will adapt and overcome. My best advice is to make sure they are involved in extracurricular activities. The more kids they meet and interact with outside of regular school hours…the easier/quicker the adjustment. Of course this is true regardless of if you move or not…but is even more essential if you do move.

He outed himself as a creeper on his show today. I'd be staring at tits also but wouldn't tell my audience about it.

Well, ****, I certainly like titties, but I will not, under any circumstance, admit MJ is right about anything. Not even looking at titties.
What's this world coming to when a man can't stare at titties with being shamed? SMGDMFH.

haha. I just found the Matt Jones post in GYERO. Funny stuff, as I think he completely misses the boat with you.

I love the cheery show theme and Frost's upbeat intro juxtaposed with a song about giving ol' satan his due -- those Brit prigs prolly thought they were watching the antichrist himself gyrating on stage [laughing]...

Watched game 7 wash vs bos till halftime. Worst game 7 that i have ever seen in a half. Awful

Things heated up in the 3rd Q. And just when the Celtics looked like they were gonna run away with it in the 4th Q…now Wall & Co. are on a 7-0 run.

Pulling for the Wizards. Not sure they are gonna pull it off though.
