Georgia in 2008 was in a similar situation. Won the SEC tourney to finish 17-16. Got a 14 seed in NCAA. That was the year of the tornado at the SEC tourney. Insane.

Not to be Debbie Downer, but I don't think we really need to worry about it. I fully expect a big win Thursday, a shocker on Friday, then we poop the bed against Tennessee or Florida. Juuuuuuuuuuuust enough to give us some hope and then ....... nothing.

I can’t root for Kansas or UNC or any other traditional powerhouses. But I also don’t want any mid-majors to win because they need to know their place. Not a Big 10 fan but I’d be Ok with Michigan, I guess. Florida State would be all right. I hope Alabama and Arkansas lose in the most hideous way possible.
