I look at the calendar for the next three months and shudder. Non-stop kids activities, school stuff, and singing. Strap in.
Felt some Autumn in the morning air today on the way to Church. It’s not real yet, but it’s a comin’
Helping your kid move apartments is hard. He needs to find some strong friends for the next move
Reds and Yanks are playing with my emotions. Still technically in the running.
Back to the grind pretty much this week. Kids next Wednesday.

Mark Stoops and Will Levis coming on KSR sometime soon for media day stuff....I think that means Will is the QB. I hope he's legit, and by legit I mean a solid C+ QB. Just slightly above average will give us enough offense.

Enjoy watching the Olympics...always have. We’re obviously going to win the overall medal count but our chances at being the Gold champs is in serious jeopardy (if not already a lost cause). Wouldn’t bother me as much if it was GB, Australia or even Japan. But China? Damnit! Anyone but effing China.

Dudes, I visited the Buc-ee’s site this morning, and was overcome with all sorts of emotions I didn’t expect. The exterior walls are up, the skeleton for the pumps is up. It’s there, and it’s damn intimidating. I was anxious and not mentally prepared for what I saw. It made me question if I was cut out to be a Buc-ee’s patron. I got a few months to do some soul searching and become Buc-ee’s material.
You don’t realize how big this mfer is until you see it. It’s like Walmart before they became Super Walmart, or something like that. Like a humongous furniture outlet warehouse. It stands 2 stories, massive impenetrable concrete bunker walls. It’s no wonder they had to build it by the industrial park. The pumps go on for days. It’s crazy, and I can’t believe someone came up with this idea.

I’m pretty sure that it’s in my contract that I am guaranteed a top 3 pick in each and every draft until 2026.
