its always the same, get a post about recruiting and they jump on the reply button like a dog on a T-bone. Just gets sickening as I'm still convinced they get more satisfaction out of recruiting rankings than they do out of on-the-field results. Would be nice to be able to discuss recruiting happenings for MSU here without a constant deluge of replies from the peanut gallery.

They currently have 8 JUCO commits. No matter how you spin that, if 1/3 or 1/4 of your class is made up of JUCO's, that means you have limited talent at a position, or you don't think anyone on your roster is good enough to play there and be effective. 8 JUCO's is a lot, and they can't be happy about having to do that.

They also had 26 recruits visit this past weekend, and 10 of those either haven't committed, or are committed somewhere else. They have 26 commits already. If you are a 2 or 3 star recruit travelling to OM, how canyou beguaranteed that even though you may work hard, you will still be there in 2 years.

Secondary rivals. Yet come recruiting season they are over here beating their chest over that bs all the while staring another 4 maybe 5 win season in the face along with a threepeat in the Egg. Yeah right, LSU is their real rival!

Hell, I just went over there to see what they discuss. It's not dang wonder they come over here. "What's the best Cher song since 2003?" "Where's the best fries in Lafayette Co?"
I mean, daggum, do they do nothing else but blog and get their nails did?
I'd come over here too to be around some testosterone.

Certainly enjoying what appears to be the successful flip
Of CJ and whitehead. Cj hurts as he was a need and could have
Been very successful with the coaching and talent around him at
State. When the dust settles and the rebs once again raise
Their recruiting trophy high above their heads the reality will
Remain that they are in deep **** and it might be getting deeper.
