Name another program at MSU where we have been a top 6 program in the SEC for the past 14 years...
Why do you feel the need to **** on our all-time record? Again... you're only showing SEC play and it's over six years old now....
Look at the official NCAA records list up to <span style="background-color: yellow;">2011</span>, available here: <span style="background-color: yellow;">http</span>://<span style="background-color: yellow;">fs</span>.<span style="background-color: yellow;">ncaa</span>.org/Docs/stats/m_basketball_RB/<span style="background-color: yellow;">2011</span>/<span style="background-color: yellow;">D1</span>.pdf
You'll see State at number seven:

We've
held the nation's highest winning percentage in two separate seasons.
Only two other SEC teams have ever claimed the nations highest winning
percentage: Kentucky (5) and Arkansas (1). We're one of only two SEC teams to have an individual player with a major game, season, or career high record (<span style="background-color: yellow;">Varnado</span> - Career blocked shots). Pistol Pete at <span style="background-color: yellow;">LSU</span> is the only other SEC Player. Only Alabama, Tennessee, <span style="background-color: yellow;">LSU</span>,
and Kentucky have won more regular season championships and only
Kentucky, Alabama, and Tennessee have won more SEC tournaments. Add to
that, we won the West more than anybody ever did. We're also one of the six SEC teams to make a Final Four appearance.
<span style="font-weight: bold;">For recent history, go to <span style="background-color: yellow;">http</span>://<span style="background-color: yellow;">www</span>.sports-reference.com/<span style="background-color: yellow;">cbb</span>/conferences/sec/<span style="background-color: yellow;">2011</span>.<span style="background-color: yellow;">html</span> and start to look at our Winning Pct from 90-11, and rank third in both SEC (.<span style="background-color: yellow;">540</span>) and Overall (.<span style="background-color: yellow;">631</span>) win PCT. Only Kentucky and Florida rank higher.</span><span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;">
Again... Only Kentucky and Florida rank higher.</span>
Disagree with Coach all you like, but he's right in this case. We're at the very very <span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;">very</span> least in the top half of our conference in basketball.
