Maybe this is a start to getting the conspiracy nuts back under control. Way too many seemingly normal people are becoming conspiracy nuts.
I don’t disagree with you in this case, but I’m old enough to remember the entire Democrat apparatus and voting bloc all the way to the *top*.....Speaker of the House and Minority Leader of the Senate....insisting for years without cause that our President was a Russian agent that hired hookers to pee on Obama’s bed. So pretty much the Wild West of conspiracy theories.

I mean, if you step back, the US Potus being a Russian agent is up there with the moon landings were fake.

Can we just start with you Bucket, a legit smart person.....you don’t believe Trump is a puppet of Vladamir Puitin, correct?

So glad this thread, like so many others, wandered off into Trump Never Never Land  If only Cats Illustrated had some posters who would share their opinion of Trump and the Liberals and the Conservatives, and all things related (which in their mind, is pretty much everything, near as I can tell)

So, back to the topic at hand . . . anybody got any new legitimate insights as to why this guy blew himself up? Reminds me of the Vegas shooter who the authorities never figured out why he did it, to my knowledge.

Sounds pretty cut and dry. Guy is a tech nut and off already. Father passed away and he believes it’s due to waves in the air. Probably thinks he’s dying as well and jumps on the 5G conspiracy bandwagon. Doesn’t want to hurt anyone so he blasts a recording of gunfire to get police attention. When police get there they start helping people away from the blast area. Then he commits suicide thinking he’s a hero.

What I wonder though is if he was already dead in the van and had a timer or if he was alive the entire time until he saw everyone was out of the way, then blew himself up?

I can't understand the 5g fear. It's actually way less energy used than any network that's been used.
I don't listen to AM radio anymore so I'm thinking of putting this video on social media and letting people do what they do.

5G freaking ROCKS!

I used the hotspot function on my new Samsung Galaxy S20 while visiting back east last month. Holy crap, much better bandwidth (6x-8x) than family members with existing DSL connections (AT&T and Windstream). Conspiracy theorists be damned, 5G is the real deal.

All started back when Reagan closed down all the nuthouses because the Pub's needed more voters.
---
He didn't need them against Jimmy (Peanut) Carter & Walter Mondale. The Dumbocrats couldn't turn out enough cemetery precincts to even get close to Reagan.

Mental illness has been too long ignored as we reap what we sow nowadays.

As a society, we do a really ****** job of identifying and getting people help. I always think about that dude who shot up the Waffle House in Nashville. He had more red flags than a Russian military parade, but his family and the police just kept giving him a pass.

Another one is a guy I worked with for many years, and went fishing with from time to time. He came to our retiree picnic one year, and was off the rails in that he was formerly a slow talking, laid back guy, but that day he was like a different person. He rambled on frantically, spouting stuff about the Bible and talking in a voice that sounded nothing like him. We all of laughed it off. A month later, he was in the newspaper when he was arrested for aggravated stalking. It turned out that he was arrested earlier that year for stalking, and was forced to undergo counseling. Two months after he was at the picnic, he got into an argument with his neighbor. The neighbor called the cops. He was waiting on the cops to get there, and when they did, he greeted them with 3 shells of 00 buckshot and then barricaded himself in his house before shooting and killing himself a couple of hours later. One of the cops was seriously injured and had to undergo 3 surgeries, nearly losing his leg and was laid up for awhile.

So if I am reading that correctly he was a rabid Trump supporter that was radicalized by Trump's constant retweeting of conspiracy theories and right wing news/talk radio/faux news and thus probably making them liable for the damage he caused and will from this point going forward serve as a cautionary tale for how irresponsible actions from our leaders can cause serious damage to our country? That a fair summary?

Libs are dying to tie this to something. Shows how nuts they are. Using any mental conspiracy gymnastics they can. They are more obsessed with tying it to something political than actually finding out what this guys issues were...gotta spread that fear. That these ppl think everything is tied to conventional politics shows their own mental states

"Turns out the guy drove a RV, heard once a different person that voted republican owned a RV. Ah the puzzle comes together"

Sums them up perfectly:

I get it baby boy you’re angry I would be too if I looked like you but pretending that my service to this country is fake doesn’t make up for what you’re lacking at home.

Lol angry. You were the mentally ill nut job that blew up my inbox with messages because you got called out for being a fake military "soldier"

Stick to the video games..
