I don’t think Pope said a cuss word. He never swears from what I’ve heard. It almost looks like he said “Bull Shot”. Christians have a whole vocabulary of almost swear words, fudge, frick, Oh ship, Bullspit, etc.

He looks like he's been on the verge a couple of times in the last few games. Especially when the ref was stalking him at Alabama.
I think disassociate from (Stoicism) and/or release anger might be a better description.

He didn't look angry. He was just being truthful, which is probably another tenet of his faith.
People need to quit with this. If he didn’t it’s a huge insult to him. And if he did it’s between him and his faith. Let the man have his faith and give him a little respect.
Good. Based off of the complete garbage I watched last night with those refs, I'm sure he had a few more bad words.
Was one of the worst reffed games of the year. I lost track of the number of bad or no calls in that game. Just a horrific display of reffing.
Then at the very end Shows and his cohorts decided to find a way to give OU one more chance to win. If it wasn't obvious what they were trying to do all game to some people, this should have convinced you. There was NOTHING to review, but they did it anyway. What were they going to do - call a foul on one of our guys that blocked that last shot attempt after no one called a foul!?!? Sure looked like that's exactly what they were reviewing (some said it was a clock thing, but I don't think it was).
Then there were those horrific announcers. They were JUICED every time OU did something. They were cheering them on all game, especially at the end when one of them was almost begging the refs to find something in that 0.00 clock review that might give OU one more chance to win.
Just a disgusting display of ref work. And of course the spread was beaten - how convenient....
He needs to toss a few chairs across the floor then we’re in business……

Not to someone that that is a part of their core belief. It’s the opposite of that. I cuss like a sailor with his dick caught in a door but that man has chosen a path that does not condone that behavior and deserves to be allowed to not have thousands of people claiming he has done something he is in opposition to.
They (Shows) were looking for an opportunity to call a technical foul on Garrison for taunting on that last play.
If there had been .000001 second left on that clock when Garrison turned around toward the Oklahoma player, Shows was going to T him up and hand OK the win.
Fortunately, the horn had already sounded and the backboard light had come on BEFORE Garrison turned around.
Shows should be banned from calling UK games.
I thought his problem was with Cal, but it's not. His problem is with UK OR he is the designated league official that is useful in getting more SEC teams in the NCAA tournament for more $$$$.
I don't think it was a coincidence that the SEC commissioner Greg Sankey was sitting at the scorers table last night.
I watched Shows call the Arkansas game that was a MUST win for Ark to have a chance at an NCAA bid, and Shows and Cal were like long lost lovers. He gave Cal the greatest home whistle I have seen in a long time.
Shows is probably just doing what the league is PAYING him to do!!!
He must have cussed and the refs heard him because from that moment on they called the game the same on both ends of the floor. Hence why they couldn’t stop OO. They started calling the fools so they had to stop fooling him which let him go off.
