at least not according to the official stats.

JSU (I know JSU) had a hard time tackling him...most times three to four defenders to get him to the ground. I think the guy has the size to take an SEC punishment...

I think at the end of the year, it will be interesting to compare our overall rankings to where we finished last year. I think sacks allowed and total defensive sacks will be the stats to watch. Also should be interesting to see how much our pass efficiency changes. Does anyone know where to find out where we finished in those categories last year?</p>

chart last year, or maybe the last few years, as a way to have a baseline comparison?

....if we weren't working with a short field all day. We only punted twice.

I am not saying our line is any good. It may be terrible, but how the football experts on this board can tell a terrible offensive line based on that performance Saturday is beyond me.

You must not have seen young Mr. Relf during the Croom Error. In fact, I believe his knee injury occured during a sack. It's all about the scheme.

That said, yeah, we're first in sacks allowed....tied with 30 other teams. And not all of them played Jackson State. I'd hold off on my excitement.

whether the bare minimum is all they can do remains to be seen. We didn't show Auburn ****.
