He stayed too long. His stock was pretty high a few years ago, and he chose to stay and couldn’t sustain the level of success he had.

I don’t like that move.

As much as we complain about NIL, the service academies are in the worst situations.

Their students are federal employees and can’t accept NIL money.

I wouldn’t be surprised though if Navy goes independent in football again.

Good points and I agree. What a great game yesterday, and I'm hugely disappointed that it has been sullied with a firing.

Or maybe there could be an NIL / defense contractor gig that includes Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Huntington Ingalls, etc.*****
